RETURN POLICY
All returns will be in the form of an account credit memo. No refunds are provided.
All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization. All returns are subject to prior approval.
Note we will only accept returns from those customers who have purchased products directly. It is our policy not to accept product returns from customers except in the following situation:
- In the event of a shipping error
- In the event of a shipment that arrives damaged to the customer
- In the event of a product recall or market withdrawal
- In the event latent product defects are discovered and the product is returned within 10 days of discovery
- Expired product returned within six months after expiration date
